Where in the world are we?

Hi

Sorry I wasn't able to post for a while. When travelling the access isn't always available and believe it or not We weren't even able to find a McDonald's!

We had a restful break with the Rayson's. We have been to a couple of stores that are huge. They also sell nearly everything from food and groceries to electronics and even tyres for your car. We had to get some money so we went through a drive through bank ATM.

Sunday we went to church and Jilpitook the children's sermon. Oli was one of the "little devils"  (Lucifer is the name given to those who carry the candle into the Church  - according to Mike so he calls them the little devils).

There was a 4th July fireworks display in Brighton, Illinois and as we drove from Midway Airport to the O'Hare airport we saw some fireworks as well. Well America you talk big and look big but Australians have it all over you as far as national celebrations go. Australia Day celebrations are awesome compared to what we saw here for 4th July celebrations.

A  big thank you to Laura and Oli who looked after us while in USA, Oh also Mike and Amy! We had a great time.

Monday we left St Louis and flew to Chicago and then on Monday we flew to Hawaii. We had a good flight on Southwest but I think we will avoid any United flights as that experience was not good. They over booked the flight and Nana and Poppa didn't get their seats until after the plane sttarted to board. Then they were given seperate seats. Lukily a man swaped with Poppa and they were able to cuddle on the plane.

Aloha! We arrived in Hawaii and we found our Hotel. Nana was so wanting to walk on the beach that they almost forgot me. Well we are off to walk around Wakiki and the beach.

See you soon

Nugget.
